RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

Zinsom eCommerce allows customers to return their item within 30 days of receipt of delivery, if they are not satisfied with their purchase. Customers are requested to go to our Contact Us Page. Subject Message should be “Returns” without quotes including a brief description for the reason of return and your request will be processed promptly. All items have shipping included in the price and this amount will be deducted when refunding. Our Customer Support Team might contact you, if we require further information in processing your return.

Note:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item was damaged, you have to send photos of the damaged item to info@zinsom.com

Refunds

Your refund could take up to 10 business days to appear on your payment card statement from the date of collection.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
