GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Premises

The present General Sales Conditions regulate the purchase of goods and services, made available through the internet by the website www.Zinsom.com under the distance selling regulations.

Prices

Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT for the United Kingdom.

Orders

All payment transactions are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT for all purchases. No extra payment will be required upon delivery. Please check that all details and shipping/invoicing addresses are correct before submitting the order. Shipping and Delivery

The fulfillment of an order depends on the availability of the product/s ordered. Customer orders will be dispatched as soon as the payment has been confirmed and notification will be sent to the customer. Orders are delivered within 2 – 5 business days, some items might take 7 Business Working Days (Postcode may apply). The customer should check that the products received correspond to those ordered. If the products delivered have defects the customer should notify Zinsom eCommerce within 48 hours upon delivery providing pictures of the defect to info@Zinsom.com.

Returns and Refunds

Zinsom eCommerce guarantees a full refund except for shipping costs. You can return a product to Zinsom eCommerce within 14 days of receiving your order. The refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the returned product.

You cannot return:

personalized products
products purchased for professional and/or commercial use

Products returned incompletely will not be refunded. Zinsom eCommerce reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and to return them to the sender. If an unauthorized return is accepted, an administrative/re-stocking fee will be charged, or a partial refund will be issued.
NOTE: In case there are problems like damaged items or any other challenge, you must contact info@Zinsom.com to describe the reason for the return and you will be advised accordingly before returning any product(s).

GOVERNING LAW

The execution of the purchase contract between the customer and Zinsom eCommerce takes place in England and is regulated by the relevant UK Law and the European Distance Selling Regulations.
